"Live To Ride. Ride To Die."
This is a bloody movie about sadistic psychopathic bikers who torture and kill people for fun and force innocent people to do the same. I don't recommend it, and not just because the snake scene is very brief.
We see a group of bikers camped in the Mojave desert at night. One of the women leaves her tent to find a place to go to the bathroom. She seems to be afraid of the dark as she shines the ground with her flashlight. She slips and falls down, almost landing on a rattlesnake, but the leader of the evil bikers immediately stomps on it with his boot and says "I think we're done with the snake."
We don't get a good enough look at the snake to know what kind it is, but it's probably either a red-diamond or a western diamond-backed rattlesnake. The disclaimers at the end say that no animals were harmed and you can see plainly that they substituted a dead or fake snake for him to step on.
