Short Videos
A juvenile Eastern Collared lizard basks on a rock in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. A male Eastern Collared Lizard basks and runs around on a rock wall in Kansas. In the middle, he eats a bug and smacks his lips afterward. A tiny juvenile Eastern Collard Lizard, disturbed from its sleep under a rock, gapes defensively then, with a daring display of audacity, jumps repeatedly at the camera. At one point it even bit and held on to the camera.
