A woman is put into a huge ceramic jar, then a cobra is taken out of a basket and put into the jar.  A magician puts some magic powder in the ja and green smoke comes out. Then he takes an axe and breaks the jar to expose the woman who has become half woman and half snake, with a couple of extra arms thrown in. She does a little dance until her snake tail tries to choke herself to death so the magician changes her back.

You can watch the magical transformation from woman to stop-motion claymation snake woman on YouTube
