This is a scene from a short animated cartoon by Tex Avery that you can watch here.

As an announcer says "There's something fascinating about the sound of a frog."
We see a wetlands with frogs and hear Pacific Treefrogs calling.
Then we see a large green frog crawl onto a lilly pad and then we see it close-up, and the announcer says:
"Here we show you a close-up of a frog croaking." The frog pulls out a gun and shots itself.
The last thing we see is a disclaimer from the management that says "Patrons Notice - We are not responsible in any way for the puns used in this cartoon. The Management"
